Dr. Omar Benryane

Dr. Omar Benryane is a board-certified rheumatologist with training in internal medicine and rheumatology in Canada. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery (M.D.C.M.) degree from McGill University in Montreal. He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency at Université de Montréal, receiving certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He went on to complete his Rheumatology specialty training at Université Laval, with Royal College certification.

Dr. Benryane earned certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound from the Canadian Rheumatology Ultrasound Society in Toronto, further supporting his clinical practice in the assessment and management of joint, tendon, and autoimmune rheumatologic conditions. His clinical work incorporates diagnostic imaging alongside medical management to support accurate evaluation and follow-up of musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Benryane has contributed to the field of rheumatology through research presented at meetings of the American College of Rheumatology and the Canadian Rheumatology Association. His work reflects ongoing engagement with evidence-based practice and continuing medical education.

He provides care in English and French and his practice focuses on the diagnosis and management of inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue diseases, and other rheumatologic conditions.
