Ms Nikki Oliver

Hi, I am Nikki, aka The Fit Midwife. I am a practicing midwife in Dubai and a Pre & Postpartum Training Specialist. I have a wealth of experience supporting parents-to-be through every part of their pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey.

After moving to the UAE i decided to focus my time on education and support services from pre-conception to postpartum. I realised that there was a lack of informative and evidence based birth education which was leading to poor birth outcomes and experiences. I also realised that the nature of private healthcare did not allow for postpartum support, with new parents struggling for help, reassurance and a helping hand.

My approach is very evidence based but maintains the personal element. I can provide you with all the tools needed to make the best decisions for you and your family and to maintain a healthy lifestyle no matter what stage of your birth journey you are in.
