Dr. Neha Dhamankar

Dr. Neha Dhamankar is a dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist with a focus on neurorehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India and furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Neurorehabilitation from Cardiff University, UK.

Dr. Dhamankar's career has spanned diverse settings across India, the UK, and Dubai. Her experience includes working in NICUs and inpatient settings, as well as outpatient and community rehabilitation. She has recently worked in a special needs school in Dubai, enhancing her expertise in managing various pediatric conditions.

Her specialised training includes gait analysis and rehabilitation, orthotics prescription, school-based conductive education, aquatic therapy, and hippotherapy, which utilises equine movement in therapy. She has worked with children facing complex neurological needs, metabolic and genetic conditions, neuromuscular disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), global developmental delays, and post-surgical management needs.

Dr. Dhamankar is passionate about integrating child-led play, learning, and communication into her therapeutic practices. She advocates for a transdisciplinary approach to therapy, emphasising family education and collaboration to support each child’s development and potential.
