Dr. Mohammed Zaheeruddin

Dr. Mohammed Zaheeruddin is a highly experienced paediatrician with over 20 years of clinical expertise in Paediatrics and Neonatology. He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College, Mysore, India in 2000, followed by an MD in Paediatrics from a private medical college in Davangere, India in 2005.

Dr. Zaheer has worked with leading healthcare institutions across the UAE and India, delivering comprehensive paediatric care to children from infancy through adolescence. His areas of expertise include general paediatrics, newborn and neonatal care, growth and development disorders, paediatric allergies, asthma, emergency care, and routine childhood immunisations.

He has a particular interest in paediatric allergies and is skilled in diagnosing and managing a wide range of allergic conditions. Dr. Zaheer is also experienced in addressing common neonatal issues such as feeding difficulties, reflux, jaundice, colic, constipation, and skin conditions, offering both medical care and parental counselling.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Zaheer has played a leadership role in paediatric infection control, heading multiple infection committees, including COVID-19 task forces and antibiotic stewardship programs. His in-depth knowledge of paediatric infectious diseases, both local and international, supports his commitment to safe, evidence-based care.
