Dr. Mohammed Sheikh Sobeh

Dr Mohammed-Sheikh Sobeh is a highly experienced Consultant Vascular, Endovascular, and Transplant Surgeon at Clemenceau Medical Center with over 35 years of expertise. His journey began with undergraduate training and qualification from the University of Bristol, UK in 1982. Accredited by the Specialist Training Authority (STA) in General Surgery, specialising in Vascular Surgery, he served as a consultant in general, vascular, and renal transplant surgery at The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospitals from 1998 to 2007.

Dr Sobeh has extensive experience in both open surgical and endovascular procedures. His profound interest, research, and publications focus on vascular restenosis and endovascular surgery, showcased in prestigious international conferences and medical journals. As a designated trainer in endovascular surgery, he has mentored candidates locally, regionally, and internationally.

Dr Sobeh's contributions extend beyond the operating room, participating in numerous local, regional, and international meetings. His wealth of experience include the treatment of acute and chronic arterial, lymphatic, and venous diseases, including innovative approaches like Venaseal (glue) closure, laser, radiofrequency, and sclerotherapy for varicose veins.

With an international reputation, Dr Sobeh has provided care to patients across various countries. He played a pivotal role as a founding partner of Dubai Healthcare City and established Dr Sobeh’s Clinic in 2005, Sobeh’s Vascular and Medical Day Surgery Centre in 2013, both in Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, and Sobeh’s Medical Centre in Muscat, Oman.
