I found Dr Konchwalla easy to deal with and the results of my surgery were excellent. I am back to playing rugby and have had no problems with my elbow post surgery. I’d recommend Dr Konchwalla to any sports person looking at getting surgery.

I am a Gynaecologist in Abudhabi. Dr Ashfaq konchwalla did my surgery for posterior root tear repair of my medial meniscus of knee. Now i am 12 weeks post operative. I got an opinion from a lot of doctors before i met Dr Ashfaq but i was not satisfied with them at all. I was having issues with pain,swelling and instability of knee. I stopped going to malls and had stopped driving!! Had restricted myself between work and home . I initially heard about doctor Ashfaq Konchwalla through my sister who's a doctor in USA. When i consulted Dr Ashfaq i found him very competent and knowledgable. He explained my MRI and risks and benefits of surgery in detail. Dr Ashfaq repaired a very complex tear of my meniscus without having to do a meniscectomy which was remarkable! I know a lot of people who underwent this surgery from other doctors and could'nt climb stairs and walk without pain. After 4 weeks of surgery Dr Ashfaq allowed full weight bearing and I started walking comfortabely with stick and did physiotherapy as advised by him. After 7 weeks i joined my hospital and started using stick off and on. All my symptoms of instability are gone and i have no pain now for which i really admire him! Now i am 12 weeks post surgery and i am driving , going to malls and having resumed all activities. I highly recommend dr Ashfaq for orthopeadic surgeries. My experience with his staff was amazing. The nurses are very passionate and caring. I was very fortunate to have met Dr Ashfaq and getting my surgery done in his expert hands.

Dr Konchwalla was very informative about his intentions on the surgery and done a fantastic job. My range of movement in my elbows has gone from 160 degrees to 177 degrees post surgery. The bedside care was top notch and the aftercare/ communication was brilliant. I would recommend Dr Konchwalka for any person requiring sports surgery.
