We had a very disappointing experience. We traveled all the way from Dubai to Abu Dhabi everytime specifically for this consultation regarding a very serious cancer related matter. From the beginning, the doctor was uncooperative and made us feel uncomfortable. He refused to provide essential information that was extremely important for the case. Whenever we asked questions, the response was repeatedly “I don’t know” without any attempt to clarify, guide, or explain alternatives. We arrived before his duty finish that why he just was in rush and just want to leave, yet the consultation felt rushed, and personal remarks about fasting were mentioned, which should not affect the quality of medical care provided to patients who traveled from another city. For a consultation visit, we expected empathy, clarity, and professionalism especially for something as serious as cancer. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience. . Thank you
