Dr. Mina .

Dr. Mina is a dedicated advocate for wholesome and holistic living, with a diverse background in food engineering and holistic therapy. Passionate about meditation, reflection, and holistic medicine, she has been practising holistic therapy for over five years. Dr. Mina has conducted meditation classes in various countries, aiming to bring quality, joy, and simplicity into modern life. 

Since 2017, Dr. Mina has served as a pranic healer, meditation facilitator, and spiritual awakening consultant at Prana World Malaysia. She believes in the importance of balancing the body, mind, emotions, and soul for a healthy and happy life. Prior to her work in holistic therapy, Dr. Mina volunteered as a teacher for refugee students in Malaysia, teaching meditation, self-love, self-respect, and awareness.

Continuing her own journey of self-development and wholesome living, Dr. Mina offers a range of holistic services including pranic healing, chakra balancing, cellular healing, crystal healing, relationship healing, and energy facial rejuvenation. Additionally, she provides various meditation sessions, energy space cleansing, feng shui consultation, corporate wellness training, holistic coaching, women's circles, seminars, and workshops.

Dr. Mina's commitment to healing and spirituality is reflected in her extensive list of certifications, which include courses in pranic healing, crystal healing, spiritual business management, and more. Alongside her holistic practice, she holds academic achievements including a PhD and a master's degree in food engineering from the University Putra Malaysia, as well as a bachelor's degree from Azad University in Iran.
