Mr Michael Stephenson

Michael Stephenson is a qualified Sports Podiatrist based in Dubai. He trained in the UK, completing his undergraduate degree in Podiatry at the University of Brighton in 2018, and later obtaining a postgraduate degree in Podiatric Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University of London in 2021.

Mr Stephenson is highly trained in treating conditions concerning the lower limbs, particularly the foot, ankle and lower leg. He is able to work with patients to reduce pain, and restore function and mobility. He is also experienced in helping sports injury recovery, and can aid healing after other injuries or surgeries. In the past Mr Stephenson has volunteered to help at sporting events such as the London Marathon.

Prior to joining Upandrunning Medical Centre, he gained professional experience working in both the public and private sector in the UK. He spent time working as MSK Specialist within the NHS and private practice
