Ms. Mihyang Park is a highly experienced physiotherapist and international Pilates instructor with a specialisation in sports injury treatment, postural realignment, and exercise rehabilitation. With 14 years of experience working in South Korea and the UAE, she has developed expertise in creating evidence-based programs that facilitate pain control and restore normal movement.

Ms. Park utilises functional movement techniques and clinical Pilates methods to address injuries and help individuals regain their performance standards. She has completed the Selective Functional Movement Assessment Level 2, which allows for a comprehensive evaluation of movement patterns and identification of imbalances or dysfunctions.
