About Dr Mariham Samy
Dr. Mariham Samy is a General Dentist with more than 14 years of clinical experience across Egypt, Jordan, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. She currently practises at NMC Royal Hospital – Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, where she provides comprehensive dental care for adults and children with a particular focus on aesthetic, restorative and minimally invasive treatment.
Cosmetic dentistry is a central part of Dr. Mariham’s practice. She has extensive experience in smile design, Hollywood smile treatments, veneers and lumineers, aesthetic composite restorations, crowns, bridges and professional teeth whitening. Her approach combines careful treatment planning with attention to facial harmony, tooth shape, colour and long-term function.
She also has a strong interest in endodontics and root canal treatment, including the use of modern rotary systems, and regularly manages general dental concerns such as tooth decay, gum disease, missing teeth and restorative needs. Her wider clinical services include extractions, preventive dentistry, dentures, oral hygiene care and comprehensive dental examinations.
Another important area of her practice is paediatric dentistry. Dr. Mariham is certified to use nitrous oxide sedation, allowing her to support anxious children and provide dental treatment in a calmer, more comfortable environment. She places particular emphasis on painless dentistry, prevention and helping children develop positive attitudes towards dental care.
Before joining NMC Royal Hospital, Dr. Mariham worked across several recognised healthcare organisations in the UAE, including Mediclinic, Canadian Medical Center, Drs. Nicolas & Asp and other specialist dental practices. She also served as Head of the Dental Department at NMC Royal / Bareen Hospital in Abu Dhabi, combining clinical dentistry with team leadership, mentoring, infection-control standards and service management.
Dr. Mariham has a strong presence on social media, where she shares educational content, dental advice, cosmetic dentistry insights, smile transformations, and practical tips on maintaining good oral health. Patients can follow her for regular updates and dental awareness content on Instagram:
