Mrs Marah Odeh

Marah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Leeds, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University, UK. She is a registered Clinical Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Marah follows an evidence-based approach in her practice, integrating the latest clinical research to provide scientifically grounded dietetic interventions.

Her career began within the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, where she gained extensive experience across a range of specialisations, including stroke rehabilitation, diabetes management, and gastroenterology. Currently, Marah’s expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including gastrointestinal and digestive diseases, neurological disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. She adopts a patient-centred and holistic approach to health and nutrition, considering each individual's medical history, lifestyle, and cultural background. Marah is dedicated to educating her clients on sustainable, practical dietary modifications aimed at enhancing their overall health and well-being.
