Dr. Maher Khalil

Dr Maher Khalil is a Consultant ENT, Head and Neck Surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the field of Otorhinolaryngology. He has spent more than a decade of his career in Germany, including six years as a Consultant ENT Surgeon, and has performed thousands of procedures across all subspecialties of ENT, head, and neck surgery.

Dr Khalil completed his medical degree at Damascus University, followed by specialist ENT training at Tishreen Hospital in Syria. He then pursued advanced training in Germany at several leading academic hospitals, including Charité – Campus Benjamin Franklin University Hospital (Berlin), Städtisches Klinikum Dessau (University of Halle-Wittenberg), Bad Salzungen Academic Hospital (University of Jena), and Maria Hilf Hospital (Mönchengladbach).

He holds the German Board of Otolaryngology (ENT) and is a Fellow of both the German Society and the German Academy for Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a member of the Nordrhein Medical Association in Germany.

Dr Khalil’s expertise includes endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery, ear microsurgery, tympanoplasty, rhinoplasty, laryngeal laser surgery, paediatric ENT procedures, and head and neck tumour and trauma surgery. He is particularly experienced in functional and cosmetic nasal procedures, snoring surgery, and salivary gland surgery with neuromonitoring.
