In addition, she was the Chief of Cornea and Refractive Services at Little Flower Institute and Research Centre and the Joint Director of the Eye Bank Association of Kerala.
Dr Bhat has attended many national conferences as a speaker and a panellist, and she has hosted a number of courses in India. Additionally, she is involved in clinical and surgical training of postgraduates and has also authored articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. lilan was confidence inspiring from the moment I walked into her observation room. Her explanations of her diagnosis were clear, and left me in no doubt of her experience and expertise. She is warm and friendly while being totally professional in her manner. I felt no pain or anxiety during the cataract operation on my eye, and the result is greatly improved clarity of vision. I heartily recommend Dr. Lilan to anyone having problems with their vision.

Dr. Bhat was lovely with my 2 year old. She was kind and warm and explained everything we were doing and my daughter felt very relaxed with her. I would recommend her to everyone that needs an eye check :)
