I had arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr. Laura Kassing at Mediclinic Dubai Mall to treat a meniscus tear. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Kassing was professional, clear in her explanations, and confident in her approach—which immediately put me at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been progressing very well thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. I also want to commend the nursing staff, especially Nurse Richelle Agapito, who followed up with genuine care and professionalism. Her communication and support post-surgery were greatly appreciated and reflect the high standards of Mediclinic. The entire team at Mediclinic Dubai Mall was kind, efficient, and attentive, making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m grateful to Dr. Kassing, Nurse Richelle, and the entire facility for their outstanding care. Highly recommended.
