Dr Kamal Sawan is an American Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon at Al Shunnar Plastic Surgery with extensive expertise in aesthetic facial surgery, breast surgery, reconstructive surgery, body contouring, fat transfer, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP.

Dr Sawan completed his medical education at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1993 and underwent training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, USA. In 2003, he moved to Oklahoma, where he became Chief of Plastic Surgery in 2005, holding it for a decade until he founded Sawan Surgical Aesthetics in 2015. He also holds professional memberships with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Association for Plastic Surgeons.

With over 20 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and general surgery, Dr Sawan emphasises staying updated with recent advancements to enhance patient care. He participates in national meetings and symposia, and as a program director for the plastic surgery residency program, he has trained generations of plastic surgeons.
