Ms. Izabel Tytar, a counselling psychologist from Ukraine, specialises in working with adults facing a variety of challenges, including relationship difficulties, grief, loss, depression, low mood, stress, burnout, and the quest for meaning and purpose.

Izabel holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the National Research University HSE, Moscow (2021), and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (2020). Additionally, she has completed a course on individual Schema therapy approach from the Moscow Institute of Schema Therapy (2022).

In her therapeutic approach, Izabel employs Schema Therapy, likening the mind to a garden filled with various thought patterns and emotional experiences. Some are beautiful, blooming flowers, while others are stubborn weeds hindering growth. Schema Therapy helps individuals recognise these negative patterns, understand their origins, and replace them with healthier, more positive thoughts and behaviours.
