Ms Izabel Tytar

Ms Izabel Tytar is an experienced Counselling Psychologist who works with adults and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, grief and loss, burnout, stress, trauma, and challenges related to meaning and purpose.

Izabel believes therapy is a space for self-discovery, growth, and meaningful change. She takes a warm and collaborative approach, helping clients develop greater awareness of their emotions, understand their underlying needs, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
