Dr. Inas Elsayed

Dr Inas Elsayed is a Specialist Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience in general adult psychiatry. She provides comprehensive, patient-centred assessment and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, with a focus on individualised, evidence-based pharmacological treatment.

Dr Elsayed obtained her M.B.Ch.B. from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1998 and completed her internship at Ain Shams University Hospitals between 1999 and 2000. She subsequently undertook postgraduate training, achieving a Master’s degree in Neurology and Psychiatry from Ain Shams University in 2004.

She has extensive clinical experience across general adult psychiatry, including dual diagnosis and consultation-liaison services. From 2014 to 2023, she worked at Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital within Emirates Health Services in Dubai, where she managed a broad spectrum of psychiatric presentations. Since September 2023, she has been practising at Openminds Center for Psychiatry, Counselling, and Neuroscience in Dubai.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr Elsayed is appointed as Chief Operations Officer at the Openminds Center branch in Dubai Silicon Oasis from September 2025. She also provides part-time specialist psychiatric services at Ishaq Bin Omran Medical Center in Sharjah.

Her clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of common and complex psychiatric disorders, delivered through a structured and evidence-based approach.
