Dr. Georges Farha

Dr. Georges Farha is a Radiation Oncologist with over a decade of experience in the management of head and neck cancers. He sees private patients at the Advanced Care Oncology Centre, Dubai.

Dr. Farha achieved his diploma in General Medicine at St Joseph University, after which he also achieved his Clinical Molecular Genetics certificate. He then found his passion for radiation therapy, and traveled to Paris to earn his degree in Head and Radiation Therapy at Paris Sud XI University, in addition to his Master's degree in public health. Dr. Farha has also gone on to gain an international Central Nervous System, Spine, and Head & Neck Radiotherapy fellowship from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Upon completion of his qualifications and training, Dr. Farha began his radiation oncology residency at Hotel-Dieu de France Hospital, Beruit. He then completed another residency at the Gustave Roussy Cancer Campus, France before undertaking another international fellowship in GU radiotherapy in Los Angeles, within the Radiation Oncology department at UCLA. Upon completion of his training and fellowships, Dr Farha has since worked at Mount Lebanon Hospital, Beruit, and at the University of Balamand as an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology, before joining the Advanced Care Oncology Centre.
