منذ أول زيارة لنا للدكتورة فدوى، شعرنا بالراحة والثقة. كانت تعاملنا بكل احترام واهتمام، واستمعت إلى جميع أسئلتنا بصدر رحب، وكانت تشرح كل التفاصيل بطريقة واضحة وبسيطة حتى نطمئن ونفهم كل خطوة في العلاج. الدكتورة فدوى تتميز بخبرة وكفاءة عالية، والحمد لله كانت تجربتنا ناجحة بكل المقاييس، وكانت النتيجة ممتازة بفضل الله أولًا، ثم بفضل جهودها واهتمامها ومتابعتها المستمرة. أكثر ما أعجبنا أيضًا أنها كانت متاحة دائمًا للرد على استفساراتنا بعد الزيارة، وكانت تتعامل معنا بكل رحابة صدر واحترافية، وهذا أعطانا شعورًا كبيرًا بالاطمئنان. أشكر الدكتورة فدوى من أعماق قلبي على أخلاقها الراقية، واهتمامها، وتعاونها، وعلى النتيجة الناجحة التي حققناها بفضل الله ثم بفضلها. أنصح كل من يبحث عن طبيبة متميزة ومخلصة في عملها بمراجعة الدكتورة فدوى، وأسأل الله أن يبارك لها ويجزيها عنا كل خير

I highly recomend doctor and nurses staff.they provided excellent care and support throughtout treatment.Doctor always responded messages related to medication etc on time, address all our treatment related concerns and handled every step in treatment with great professionalism.i am very grateful to her. However, our concerns with the reception staff is highly unsatisfactory.they misled us twice times. They didn’t communicate the correct information to patients properly and kept first changing their statements. Firstly, we were asked for payment in installemnt in start..later they changed statement that we had to pay ful amount before embryo transfer otherwise they would hold PGT report.secondly, they initially informed us that if the pregnancy was successful, all consultation and check up during the first three months would be free. However again they switch from their statment and charged us. They should remained consistent instead of giving conflicting information. Despite reception , i rate 100/100 in concern to doctor and nursing staff

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Fadwa for her exceptional care and support throughout my IVF journey. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions with patience, and explained every step clearly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Thanks to Allah first, and then to her expertise, dedication, and continuous support, my IVF journey was successful. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr. Fadwa to anyone starting their fertility journey, and I wish her continued success in helping more families achieve their dream of parenthood.

من زياراتي الأولى إلى زياراتي الاخيره كانت تجرّبه رائعه وتحقيق ل حلم كنت انتظره واقول من قلبي شكرا ل دكتوره فدوى على كل شي وشكرا لها على جعل الحلم حقيقه وعلى تسهيل هذي التجربه لنا طبيبه محترفه و تجعل التجربه ناجحه وبعيده عن التوتر تماما وهذي كانت نقطه مهمه جدا في نجاح التجربه ،، وكانت ترد علينا ف اي وقت إذا كان عندنا اي استفسار وانا الآن الحمدلله انتظر قدوم طفلي قريبا انشاءالله ومن كل قلبي اقول شكراااا ل دكتوره فدوى على جهودها معانا
