Elmari Pieterse is a highly experienced Physiotherapist at Dubai Physiotherapy and Family Medicine Clinic with over 35 years of experience. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 1989. With a wealth of experience, Elmari has practiced in both private and hospital settings in South Africa before embarking on her journey to Dubai 16 years ago. 

She began practicing at Dubai Physiotherapy and Family Medicine Clinic in 2002 where she stayed for five years before relocating to Australia to work for a year. Elmari returned to Dubai in 2008 and has worked at Dubai Physiotherapy and Family Medicine Clinic ever since. Elmari has specialist expertise in Dry Needling, Pilates, and Hand Therapy.

Passionate about providing comprehensive care, Elmari takes pleasure in treating a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Her special interest lies in hand therapy, including overuse injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
