I had a troubling experience with the general practitioner doctor Ashima, which I feel compelled to share.

Firstly, the doctor mentioned that she needs approval to issue a sick leave certificate. This has never been the case in any of the Prime Hospital branches I have visited before. 

I find it weird that a doctor does not have the authority to provide a sick leave certificate, especially when it is evident that the patient is unwell.

Secondly, I informed the doctor that I had a fever the previous night and had taken two Dolo tablets. Despite this, because I did not have a fever at the time of my visit, she dismissed the possibility of the fever returning and did not grant me a sick leave. 

This lack of consideration for my condition and the potential for my fever to recur was extremely frustrating, especially since I have work the next day and needed the sick leave.

Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in your service and policies.

I highly recommend Dr Annelyse for any ENT problems. She took care of my 4 years old son who had recurrent ear infections and she was the BEST. She did everything to reassure us from the beginning: she took the time to explain us everything, she contacted the hospital to organize everything for my son to not be anxious, she follow up with us regularly. She is sincerely caring and will avoid to your children unnecessary treatment or surgery. My son is now so happy, he hears and feel much better and I am so grateful for that, thank you doctor Annelyse 🫶🏼
