About Dr. Dev Roy
Dr. Dev Roy is a Consultant in ENT, Head and Neck Oncology, and Facial Plastic Surgery at the American Hospital Dubai. He is board-certified by the European Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (EBFPRS) and holds multiple surgical qualifications, including MBBS and MS in ENT from University of Poona alongside this he is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburg, UK.
Dr. Roy has completed his surgical training in the UK, obtaining his CCST and intercollegiate certification in ENT through the Royal Colleges of England, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dublin. He previously served as an ENT Consultant at St John’s Hospital and as a Facial Cosmetic Surgeon at Cambridge Private Hospital.
His clinical expertise includes head and neck tumour surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, paediatric ENT, rhinoplasty, facial trauma, microsurgery of the ear, and sinus and nasal surgery. He also performs advanced endoscopic procedures such as DCR, orbital decompression, CSF leak repair, and sphenopalatine artery ligation. Alongside this Dr. Roy provides services in voice and snoring disorders, botulinum toxin treatments, and a range of facial cosmetic procedures.

Qualifications
Dr. Dev S. Roy holds extensive surgical qualifications, including European Board Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (EBFPRS). He completed the Intercollegiate Board Examination in ENT (FRCS ORL-HNS) in 1999 and received the Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training (CCST) in the UK. He also holds FRCS (ENT) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (1994) and the Diploma in Laryngology and Otology (DLO) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (1993).
His postgraduate training includes a Master of Surgery (MS ENT) from the University of Poona (1992) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from B.J. Medical College, University of Poona (1988).
