Asha Mathew

Ms. Asha Mathew is a dedicated and highly skilled physiotherapist with over five years of professional experience in India and the UAE. She completed her Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and a Master’s of Physiotherapy in Sports from the Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences at the Indian Spinal Injury Center, Delhi.

Ms. Asha specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic conditions, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and ergonomic overuse injuries. With over two years of experience in musculoskeletal and spine rehabilitation at Qi Spine Center in Delhi-NCR, she has developed a strong foundation in helping patients recover and achieve optimal physical health.

Her extensive expertise includes rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, pre- and post-operative evaluation and treatment, sports injury recovery, and geriatric rehabilitation. She is also certified in advanced techniques such as dry needling, kinesio taping, ERGON (IASTM), dry cupping, and myofascial and trigger point release. Additionally, she is a Certified Maitland Practitioner for extremities and holds a certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
