Dr. Asad Abdi

Dr Asad Abdi is a Specialist Neurologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings. 

Dr Abdi has developed broad expertise in managing conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system, including headaches, acute ischaemic stroke, epilepsy, myopathy, polyneuropathy, and myasthenia gravis. He is experienced in interpreting neurological investigations including EEG, EMG, and transcranial Doppler studies, using these assessments to guide personalised treatment plans.

Before his current role, Dr Abdi worked as a Specialist Neurologist at Iranian Hospital Dubai, where he managed complex neurological cases and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. He has also held specialist neurology roles at hospitals and clinics across Tehran and Iran, including Imam Khomeini Hospital and other neurological centres.

Dr Abdi qualified as a Medical Doctor from Yazd University of Medical Sciences and completed specialist neurology training at Kerman University of Medical Sciences, including residency training at Shafa Hospital Neurology Centre.

He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Iran Medical Council. Dr Abdi combines specialist neurological knowledge with a patient-centred approach, focusing on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and coordinated care for complex neurological conditions.
