Dr. Antoine Abchee

Dr Antoine Abchee is an experienced and highly qualified cardiologist who specialises in preventive cardiology and cardiac imaging. He earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut (1990) and went on to complete fellowships in cardiomyopathy research and cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine (Texas, USA). Following this, he undertook training in advanced cardiac imaging at the Wisconsin Heart Hospital and Friedrich-Alexander University Hospital (Germany).

In addition to his current role, he is a professor of clinical cardiology with numerous publications and book chapters to his name. He has previously been the director of non-invasive cardiology at the American University of Beirut Medical Center as well as a director of the echocardiography laboratory at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City. He has also overseen the training of many cardiology physicians and sonographers.

Dr Abchee has over 20 years of experience in the field and is an expert in cardiology, cardiac imaging, and non-invasive cardiac testing. He is in the process of creating a state-of-the-art cardiovascular centre at Harley Street Medical Centre, with a wide range of treatment options available for his patients.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a Member of the American Society of Echocardiography. In addition to this, he holds active Medical Licenses and has practiced in Florida and Texas in the USA, in Lebanon and in the UAE.
