Dr. Anouk Tans

Dr Anouk Tans is a dedicated General Practitioner with specialist training in Family Medicine and aesthetic medicine. She practises internationally across Belgium and the UAE, and is currently based at Adria Medical Centre, where she combines primary care with advanced aesthetic treatments.

Dr Tans completed her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine at Hasselt University in 2015, followed by a Master’s degree in Medicine from the University of Antwerp in 2018. She further expanded her expertise with a Master’s in Physical and Manual Medicine at KU Leuven in 2020, and a Master’s in Family Medicine and General Practice from the University of Antwerp in 2021. Alongside her clinical work, she is currently undertaking a PhD at KU Leuven, focusing on improving diagnostic approaches for patients presenting with acute abdominal pain in primary care.

Her clinical approach emphasises holistic, patient-centred care, with a particular interest in skin health and natural rejuvenation. She believes aesthetic treatments should achieve effective results while remaining safe, subtle, and tailored to the individual.

Dr Tans treats a wide range of skin concerns, including acne and pigmentation, and offers procedures such as chemical peels, anti-wrinkle and dermal filler injections, microneedling, and skin boosters.
