Alma Diaz De Ontoy is a dedicated Physiotherapy Technician with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from Our Lady of Fatima University. With experience gained from working in private clinics and hospitals in both the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, Alma has honed her skills in treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and geriatric issues.

Alma's approach to physiotherapy involves utilising techniques such as trigger point release/myofascial release and joint mobilisation. She customises her treatments to meet the individual needs of each patient, often integrating other modalities as necessary.

In addition to her clinical work, Alma has actively participated in various sporting events in Dubai since 2011. She has provided physiotherapy services at events such as the Dubai Rugby Sevens, Full and Half marathons, and the Women's Tennis Association at the Dubai Tennis Championship. Alma has also been involved in treating elite runners, demonstrating her commitment to supporting athletes in achieving their peak performance.
