About Dr. Ali Kassem
Dr Ali Kassem is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive training and clinical experience across major medical centres in Syria. He received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Tishreen University in Latakia in 2015 and went on to complete a postgraduate degree in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the same institution in 2022. In 2023, he obtained the Syrian Board Certificate in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Between 2016 and 2022, Dr Kassem completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Tishreen University Hospital. Alongside his residency, he gained valuable clinical experience at Al-Kindi Private Hospital in Suqaylabiyah, Hama, from 2020 to 2024. He also established his own private plastic surgery clinic in Latakia in 2023.
In 2024, Dr Kassem joined Cosmo Secrets Medical Center in Dubai Silicon Oasis, where he currently practises as a Cosmetic and Aesthetic Doctor. His aesthetic expertise includes Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, mesotherapy, PRP therapy, chemical peels, facial rejuvenation, and non-surgical facial and body contouring. He is skilled in advanced injectable techniques for anti-ageing, facial harmonisation, and volume restoration, delivering natural, balanced, and patient-focused aesthetic enhancements.
Dr Kassem’s clinical work as a plastic surgeon further includes managing outpatient clinics and performing a range of surgical and aesthetic procedures, including injectable treatments, minor surgeries, and major cosmetic operations such as blepharoplasty, facelifting, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, liposuction, and breast surgery.
In addition to his clinical and academic roles, he has contributed to medical education, teaching students in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at both Tishreen University Hospital and Al-Assad University Hospital from 2016 to 2022.
