Dr. Ahmed Reda

Currently based at Saudi German Hospital, Dr. Ahmed Reda brings over 19 years of clinical and academic experience in the field of urology. As an Associate Professor of Urology, he has held senior positions in prominent hospitals and specialised urology centres across Egypt. His broad expertise covers all major imaging techniques and the diagnosis and management of a wide range of urological conditions.

Dr. Reda is particularly known for his proficiency in emergency urology, managing acute and complex cases in patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. His ability to make timely, accurate decisions in high-pressure situations has earned him a strong reputation for delivering effective surgical care in urgent settings.

His areas of interest span several subspecialties, including endo-urology, uro-oncology, paediatric urology, neuro-urology, and renal transplant. He also has a special focus on prostate diseases, andrology, and renal imaging. Committed to continuous learning, Dr. Reda stays up to date in the latest advancements in his field to provide patients with evidence-based, relevant care.

Dr. Reda holds an MBBCh and a Master's in Urology from Assiut University, where he also completed his MD in Urology and Renal Transplant. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU).
