Dr. Ahmed Youssef

Dr Ahmed Youssef is a Specialist Pulmonologist with a career spanning over a decade, during which he has focused on delivering evidence-based respiratory care. He completed his undergraduate medical studies at Zagazig University in Egypt before obtaining a Master’s degree in Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis from Benha University. Dr Youssef completed specialised pulmonary training in Egypt at Sharqia Health Government Hospital this provided a foundation for his expertise in treating complex lung conditions. 

His clinical interests include the management of chronic conditions including asthma, COPD, and interstitial lung diseases. Dr Youssef believes in a holistic approach to treatment, making sure to treat the whole person not just the symptoms of disease. He develops individualised treatment plans, taking time to understand each patients lifestyle and medical history. 

Beyond chronic disease management, he has significant expertise in respiratory failure including ventilation support and critical care interventions such as comprehensive respiratory assessments and lung function evaluation. Whilst treating patients Dr Youssef’s focus is on improving the patients quality of life, allowing them to live confidently for longer.
