Mr. Adam Roche is a highly skilled physiotherapist who has been practising since 2011, having graduated from Cardiff University in Wales. Over the past 12 years, Adam has specialised in sports and professional football in both the UK and Ireland. His expertise encompasses sports-specific rehabilitation, injury prevention strategies, and manual therapy, all of which he has refined through his extensive work with elite athletes.

In addition to his work with professional athletes, Adam has substantial experience in providing physiotherapy and performance support to pediatric and adolescent athletes.
