Dr. Abizer Saifuddin Kapadia

Dr Abizer Kapadia is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with 17 years of experience in plastic, reconstructive and Cosmetic surgery. He graduated with a medicine degree in India before completing extensive postgraduate training including in England, UK. 

Dr Kapadia has held clinical practice and work experience with  fellowship positions across the UAE, UK and India. He is working as a Consultant Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon with NMC Royal Hospital and CosmeSurge in Dubai and Sharjah. He has Fellowship in Breast Reconstruction within the NHS at Broomfield Hospital in the UK. In India, he undertook a Fellowship in Reconstructive Microsurgery at Tata Medical Center, which encompassed both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with particular experience in breast surgery, microsurgical reconstruction and body contouring. In addition to this Dr Kapadia completed further cosmetic surgery fellowships in both the UK and USA.

His surgical experience includes breast procedures including DIEP flap reconstruction alongside aesthetic and body-contouring practice. Dr Kapadia has performed procedures that have contributed to transforming the lives of more than 5,000 patients over the course of his career and in 2019, was awarded the International Scholar Fellowship in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery by the American Society of Plastic Surgery.

Being a member of several international professional societies, Dr Kapadia ensures he stays up to date with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and remains a active member of the medical community. These memberships include the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Kapadia has contributed to the education and development of other plastic surgeons as an educator, speaker and mentor, sharing his experience and knowledge with the next generation of plastic surgeons.
