Aafreen Shaikh is a Specialist Physiotherapist, graduating from Terna Physiotherapy College in Mumbai in 2011. With over 7 years of experience in physiotherapy, she has worked in both India and the Middle East, honing her skills in various clinical settings.

Aafreen's expertise encompasses a wide range of specialties, including Musculoskeletal, Orthopedics, Neuro-Pediatrics, Neuro Adults, Obesity, and women’s health conditions. Through her work in clinics in Mumbai, as well as through her own private clinic and home visits, she has developed proficiency in treating soft tissue injuries, sports injuries, post-joint replacement rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation for pre-and post-operative cases.

Notably, Aafreen's dedication and excellence in her field were recognized during her tenure with the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia, where she was honored as one of the best employees of the hospital for two consecutive years.
