Thrive Wellbeing Centre, located in HDS Tower, Cluster F, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, provides psychological, psychiatric, and wellness services for adults, children, and families. Founded by Dr. Sarah Rasmi, Thrive offers evidence-based care in a supportive and confidential environment.

The multidisciplinary team includes licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists who specialize in a range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting, and child development. Services include individual therapy, couples counselling, psychiatric consultations, psychological assessments, and corporate wellbeing programs.

Thrive also runs workshops and training sessions designed to promote mental health awareness and resilience in workplaces and communities.
