I genuinely believed the FIRST IVF team would care for their patients throughout this journey, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. 1. **Payment confusion before my FET** Before my FET, we had already paid AED 62,000 for our treatment. However, we were suddenly informed that we needed to pay more. When we asked for a breakdown of the charges, we were only provided with invoices totaling approximately AED 27,000, which did not explain the difference. What was most disappointing was the timing. Just 10 minutes before my embryo transfer, with a full bladder, already changed into the clothes and emotionally preparing for one of the most important moments of our lives, I had to discuss outstanding payments with Zahra ( Finance ). This conversation should never happen immediately before such a sensitive medical procedure. It could have easily been addressed beforehand or after the transfer. Zahra was rude, and she was laughing at me, which was very unprofessional. 2. **Conflicting medical advice** After my FET, the doctor and the nurse Temu gave me different instructions regarding my treatment. As a patient, this left me confused and unsure whose advice I should follow. Doctor said we should continue with injections at the same time, Temu suggested to dnt do any injections and come for consultations. 3. **Lack of communication within the team** The doctor and the follow-up team were also not aligned. The follow-up team asked me whether I should schedule another appointment, while the doctor clearly instructed me to return only on the second day of m...
