Extremely grateful to Dr Carmelo for a smooth experience with total thyroidectomy and excellent outcome! The doctor (ENT) Ahmed Al Shahawy who I was met him attitude and behaviour with patient was very bad, And I will to complain him at DHA since he threated me to cancel the visit and prescription to my child in a massive breaching and violating to the ministerial decree No. 14 of 2021 of covenant of Patient Rights and Duties and act No.5 of year 2019 of Regulating the practice of the human medicine profession.
