Excellent staff and physician Very organized and very clean

Everything went fine, special care was shown but the queue in the pharmacy because of Insurance approval took so much time online which was not normally the case. But the pharmacy staff was very accommodating. The staff were all attentive. Everything was delivered as promised except for my Sick Leave Certificate which I had to call back the next day to follow up but to no avail. I still haven’t received the certificate by email.

Clinic is good and all staffs are professionals and friendly. I really had a great time and always satisfied with the treatment I did.

Treatment rooms are very very very busy and nurses either are lathergic or very very very busy … dunno exact reason..

The experience at Al Shunnar wether for surgery or clinic visits is always perfect: professional, friendly, serious and on top of things. Always feeling at home and safe! Dr Buthaina is incomparable in competence and work ethics! I had the chance to do treatments with Soumia as well who is an amazing therapist and also lymphatic massage with another super competent therapist! Congratulations to all the team for the perfect work and the good energy!

I had an amazing experience the staff are friendly and very welcoming😊 it was my first time aT their clinic I had an appointment with Dr Roula 🥰 a very talented dermatologist, professional, courteous , Honest and straightforward I felt in a good hands 😍 and indeed it was the results are stunning I couldn’t be happier ❤️
