Very ethical behavior and very professional doctor.

Dr. Ellie is just amazing, very knowledgeable, very experienced, and so friendly. He managed to properly diagnose me from the 1st visit ( although I have been to two different Gynos before and they confirmed that nothing is wrong with me). Dr. Elie spotted the polyp I had in my cervix from the first ultrasound, in no time we booked my surgery, he was very attentive, explained the whole procedure in details, I was very relaxed entering the OR just because of him. Not only he took care of me during surgery, he checked on me the next day and I had direct access to him whenever I had any questions. I’m extremely grateful for his help in alleviating my pain. Ladies, don’t think twice when it comes to Dr. Ellie, he’s definitely the best in Dubai :)

Good doctor

I had a troubling experience with the general practitioner doctor, which I feel compelled to share. Firstly, the doctor mentioned that she needs approval to issue a sick leave certificate. This has never been the case in any of the Prime Hospital branches I have visited before. I find it weird that a doctor does not have the authority to provide a sick leave certificate, especially when it is evident that the patient is unwell. Secondly, I informed the doctor that I had a fever the previous night and had taken two Dolo tablets. Despite this, because I did not have a fever at the time of my visit, she dismissed the possibility of the fever returning and did not grant me a sick leave. This lack of consideration for my condition and the potential for my fever to recur was extremely frustrating, especially since I have work the next day and needed the sick leave. Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in your service and policies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely Abdul
