Doctor Prunel was very professional and patient with me! He took the time to explain why i was referred to do this surgery and why it would be important for me. He also explained every part of the surgery process. Even on the day of surgery he was asking about how I was feeling and reassured me all the way. Dr Manal Ali is very friendly with her patients, her explanations are clear and she does take her time to listen when the others speak. She gives use great advice and is overall great at her job, she knows what she is doing and does it in the best way.

She was able to explain things to me very clearly, which really helped me understand how my body worked and why certain foods are good for me and their impact on my condition.
