Dr. Neil Galletly is a UK-trained senior Consultant in Gastroenterology and Hepatology with over 25 years' experience in investigating and treating GI and liver problems. He graduated from both Cambridge University and the University of London and trained in gastroenterology and hepatology in a number of London's top teaching hospitals. He worked as a Consultant in London for over 10 years where he was Clinical Director for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy at Kingston Hospital. Before moving to Dubai in late 2019, he spent 1½ years as the Chief of the Digestive Diseases Center at Beijing United Family Hospital in China.
Dr. Neil performs a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic GI endoscopy including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, luminal stent placement, and feeding tube placement.
Dr. Neil is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians UK (FRCP), a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), and a Fellow of the European Section and Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology (FESBGH). He serves on the International Relations Committee of the American College of Gastroenterology.
