While your physiotherapists are brilliant, the staff at receptions are super inefficient. I’ve had to call at least 5 times and still havent received a confirmation if my appointment is booked or not.

Really like them, all are very warm, friendly and helpful. Ready to assist any need or requirement, whether it is Warren or Lea. They run an efficient operation and make you feel part of the family, and yet professional.

My overall experience was pleasant, and Dr. Fadi exceeded my expectations in his approach to treatment and professionalism.

I have experienced an unusual incident which led to my disappointment for my overall visit. I had an appointment to do the CT scan (with the needle) once they where done with the procedure but before taking out the needle the staff asked me to wear my clothes and go the reception to pay only after that they will allow me to remove the needle. I won't allow this situation to pass by because no human should be treated this way. I came in respectfully and gave you all my information ( name - number - ID - insurance…) it's not like I'm a thief and would run without paying. You should've handle the situation in a professional way example: make the payment before doing the CT scan (if you have experience something bad with any other customer, we(the rest) shouldn't be treated the same way it's not a solution to treat us all badly ) The overall experience was so poor it doesn't suit a medical center in UAE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
