This was my first time visiting Beaute concept and the whole experience was a 5/5. The technician Johansberg was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had about the laser hair removal process. For a new patient and someone to now to the whole process, she really made me feel at ease and assured me every step of the way that it will be worth it when I see the final result after 2 sessions.

We had an excellent experience at Prime Hospital Garhoud. The doctors and nursing staff very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the process. Food quality is also good and healthy. Overall staff is good.

The place is clean and organize

Dr Manal talked through in detail the treatment that I would be having and the benefits that it would have. Each product and tool was also shown to me through each step of the process. Then a lovely relaxing face massage. Aftercare was also explained to me as well. The full experience was a pleasure and I would go again and recommend.

Great experience, amazing and knowledgeable staff

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.
