I came to see Dr. Charles for some pigmented lumps that appeared on my body. He was communicative, honest and transparent from the beginning. He explained what the procedure entailed, and understood and respected my boundaries. I felt very safe in his hands! On the day he even played relaxing music to calm my nerves!
