concerning my experience with Prime Hospital, it was very good. But i couldn't understand the delay of some approvals from the insurance company. instead of making all my blood tests a once, i had to wait for the approval to visit the hospital more than one time. Thank you.

With all honesty, dr manals polyclinic is one of the best and cleanest ployclinics in all of dubai! Her polyclinics location is a really good and suitable area..i had no trouble finding a parking. Her interior is beautiful, presentable, and extremely clean! Im definitely visiting again!!

Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.
