She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. I have benefited from her ongoing self development and continued mastery of Pilates practice and I trust her instruction. My body and my mind appreciate time with Elena and I would recommend her to anyone searching for mindful movement at any level.
