I DON'T KNOW FROM WHERE TO START .THERE IS ONLY GOODNESS IN DOCTOR GIRISH AND I CONSIDER MYSELF VERY LUCKY THAT I AM A PATIENT OF HIM. I HAD ALOT OF ANXIETY PROBLEM AND I USED TO BE AFRAID OF THE NAME OF THE PSYCHIATRIST, BUT AFRER MEETING DOCTOR GIRISH, MY FEAR GOT OVER. I HAVEN'T SEEN A BETTER DOCTOR THAN HIM. HE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A DOCTOR WHO TREATS PATIENTS LIKE FAMILY AND KEEPS THEM VERY COMFORTABLE. HIS UNDERSTANDING IS VERY GOOD AND MEDICATION IS ALSO VERY EFFECTIVE. DOCTOR GIRISH IS VERY KIND AND AN HONEST PERSON. 5 STAR RATING IS ALSO LESS FOR HIM. HE IS MUCH ABOVE THIS. I HAVE COMPLETELY RECOVERED NOW WITH DOCTOR GIRISH'S COUNSELING AND MEDICINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Very good experience, she managed to create a very safe space fast. I felt comfortable being able to speak in my home language (Swedish). She helped guide me to my right path and help me through everyday issues as well as digging deeper within. After a few months where we both felt I could “stand on my own legs” she brought up how I feel, if I feel I still need to come every week. I appreciate her bringing this up and I agreed and said that now I also feel it’s the time to stop treatment. Although I know she will always be there, if I ever feel I need to come back to therapy, I will go to Ulrika and I would always recommend her!

Paoula is a dedicated therapist whose very insightful, thoughtful, kind, amazing and intelligent. I have been her client since August 31st, 2023, she is very professional with her work, she treats her clients in a very nice, professional and kind way. She listens patiently and non-judgmental. When i started with Paoula I was severely depressed, now after 6 months I am no longer depressed and I feel way better and motivated all thanks to her, she helped me in so many aspects of my life, she taught me how to regulate my emotions, how to have better social skills and how to manage my anger. If I could give Paoula a nickname it would be “Superwoman”, it would also be “the most amazing therapist anyone could ever meet.” I really like her so much and her therapeutic approach and she is a good person inside and out❤️.

She is the best! Feel so comfortable and safe with her and she helps you process your experiences and find tools and feedback that works for you specifically- very supportive and understanding of my culture and family.

Miss Reema’s weekly conversations lifted my spirit up, her methodologies and psychotherapy including using figures and case scenarios helped me deal with cultural challenges and overcoming my own fears, and regrets. Although my circumstances haven’t changes and what i face still exists but how I react, respond and view it changed completely. I am more present in the moment. I am not dependent completely on her conversations as she provides you with techniques that allows you to be independent in solving your daily challenges, yet her conversations always spark joy and happiness in my heart. After I leave her room, I become more composed, more focused, and most importantly relaxed. Without having a tag on my situation or disorders, or labelling things as black or white, I experience life as it comes, enjoying the ups and learning from the downs. Forever grateful for her soul, her smile and and her friendship. 💕💖

Dr. Hiba is great! She uses practical tools and methods to help her patients rather than just passively listening, which I find super helpful
