She is the best! Feel so comfortable and safe with her and she helps you process your experiences and find tools and feedback that works for you specifically- very supportive and understanding of my culture and family.

Elaine has really helped me along on my journey of understanding my triggers and what to do with them, how my body has held onto all my childhood experiences growing up with my family, and how it has affected me and my relationships as an adult. She truly provides a safe space and has helped me feel less critical of myself and my family as I am processing everything and understanding why I behave certain way in my relationship. Definitely reccomend her!

Elaine is an amazing neurodivergent affirming Therapist. I have been to other therapists before where I felt judged and pushing a neurotypical perspective... With Elaine she is the complete opposite! Affirms me, myself as a neurodivergent, and makes me feel completely comfortable and validated in who I am while helping me process in a way that connects with me. Very understanding and helpful for sensory processing issues. Highly reccomend!

Elaine helped me so much when I have been feeling low, anxious, with low self esteem and negative thoughts. She really is understanding and acknowledges you and helps you step by step focus on your goals and needs.
