Dr Yu Chit is a dedicated and highly compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. With a reassuring and professional approach, she focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they are fully informed and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. Dr Chit believes in a holistic approach to medicine, addressing both the physical and emotional well-being of those under her care.

Throughout her career, Dr Chit has developed a broad range of clinical interests, allowing her to provide versatile medical support. Her areas of expertise include chronic disease management, such as diabetes and respiratory medicine, as well as aged care, antenatal care, and women's health. She also possesses specialised skills in dermatology and skin cancer medicine, utilising advanced dermoscopy to perform thorough skin assessments. Furthermore, Dr Chit is passionate about supporting vulnerable communities, offering dedicated treatments within pain management, sports medicine, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation programmes.

Dr Chit completed her medical training to obtain her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence, she achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). To further expand her clinical capabilities, she has also earned an Advanced Dermoscopy Diploma and a Diploma in Drug and Alcohol.
