Dr Yash Ahuja

Dr Yash Ahuja is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, holistic, and patient-centred care. He strongly believes in the importance of building long-term, trusting relationships with his patients and their families. Dr Ahuja enjoys all aspects of General Practice, ensuring that every individual receives personalised attention tailored to their unique healthcare needs.

Before transitioning into General Practice, Dr Ahuja gained extensive clinical experience working across multiple hospitals in Melbourne and regional Victoria, where he provided critical care in Emergency Medicine. This diverse background equipped him with robust diagnostic skills and the ability to manage acute medical situations. He later completed his specialist General Practice training and has since stepped into leadership roles as a Practice Principal, where he continues to support the community and mentor the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr Ahuja obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours from Kathmandu in 2006. Committed to continuous professional development, he went on to earn a Diploma of Child Health in 2017 and a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine in 2017. He completed his advanced specialist training and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2020. He maintains active professional membership with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
